i had a total knee replacement on 7/28/15 by dr mallen and he was fine its the office that is the problem the only people you can get on the phone is to make an appointment everyone else you have to leave a message and they DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. i need copys of reports to get a disability pension and I've been waiting three weeks left two messages no call back

I've been to Dr. Corso a few times. He is a great doctor; however, his office staff SUCKS!!! First and foremost, the medical assistant who brought me to the room made up my vital signs- totally INEXCUSABLE. Next, they never retrun phone calls, specifically his nurse Kevin. I was there 11/13 and was told that my Synvisc series would be in in 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later, to check on the status and I was told that I had to speak with the nurse. Four messages later, no call from the nurse. On 11/26, I called the office extremely upset and Jill was able to tell me that my shot was ordered the day before, then she got nasty with me stating that it can take up to 8 weeks. This is extremely upsetting, since I specifically asked if it could be done by the end of the year, as my insurance was changing and didn't want to go through the whole process again. I have refered at least 6 people to Dr. Corso's office. I will not do that again, and will specifically tell my friends/family/ associates to NOT go to this office due to the incompetence/ rudeness of the staff. Guess what- now I will have to go through the process again- but with a DIFFERENT doctor.
