They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
