I was recommended to Dr. Randolph by my primary physician. She was ok on the first visit and suggested tests. After the first set of tests, it took three phone calls over 2 weeks to get her to discuss results. Suggested more tests which she did not explain at all what they were - just gave me referral for it. After doing the second test, I called many times over weeks to get results and she never returned call. Ended up in emergency room and could not even tell them what results of tests had been. I now called to ask to have the tests send to me so I can go to another doctor and they claim that they don't even have the second test in my chart - but they found it at the hospitals website. But not returning phone calls???
