Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. He decided to tell me after waiting over an hour that he had taken another job and I'm 8 months pregnant. Needless to say, I was so disappointed and am now looking for another OB/GYN that I feel comfortable with...not necessarily something I thought I'd have to deal with in my last few weeks.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
