Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I felt the staff was rushed and being my first time there, it was confusing with the amount of different desks. My Doctor was really nice and answered all my questions. The lady (Marie) who did my blood work and Urine was very kind as well. The rest of the staff seemed pretty occupied or upset because I kept coming up to them for directions since it is several offices in one location. Its just hard when you are a first time patient.
