They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I found out years after my surgeries that he never did what he said. i always felt uncomfortable, he would always make me totally undree just to look at my neck and want to see all my prior surgery scaars. i have 2 other family members that willnever go back to him either.
