They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand; they weren't severely understaffed, but it was obvious they could've used more help.
