When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Dr. Chang's particular strength, I think, is how thorough she is in asking questions and diagnosing conditions.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
