I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
