They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
