Would not recommend this practice. The doctor and practitioner were good but the inefficiency with running the office and the mistakes that were made with billing made our experience there very poor. The practice only has one person that can field any questions about billing and records and she is only there 2 days a week, if you are lucky, and when you can talk to her she is rude, unprofessional and not helpful (she actually was so unprofessional that she hung up on me when discussing getting our records released). There were also several occasions where services were billed to the insurance incorrectly and denied, which then led to unnecessary bills being sent to us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!
