This place stinks and unprofessional. I choose this PCP because he was close to where I live, but it was a terrible choice. Believe or not, I've waited for over 2hours and 20 minutes. No one even came to explain or say anything. I see stuff wandering around hanging out with each other, not caring about the waiting area crowded with patients. I saw a few patients complain and leave frustrated after a long wait. I was trying to be patient ... but after two hours, i decided it was ridiculous. got my paperwork ripped it and left. Reminded me of the service of one of those third world countries. I'd suggest to anyone to look for another place.

They sometimes can use a few more staff members on hand. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Dr. Nayel always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
