Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
