They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The office was easy enough to find. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
