I had an appointment for Stress Test with Doctor Rubin Silverman at Refuah Health Center in Spring Valley, NY 10977. I had been referred by my allergist Doctor since I had exercise induced asthma she want me to check out my heart rate at cardiologist. So we start with walking and then we start jogging and right after I start jogging my heart rate was up to 200, so he took me off and start saying that my heart goes actually up faster then normal but he don't think its a cardiac problem and before he even start to give me any advice and to answer the questions I have, he walked out saying he will be right back, and I end up waiting for probably more then 45min until I dressed back up and I walked out, with out talking properly to him, and I don't know yet if it can be life threatening for me to run or exercise.... In addition while the stress test, he was playing on his smart phone and talking to his nurse about her new iPhone 6, he picked up a personal phone call while I was there, my feeling with him the whole time was that he is very unserious and he is taking it like a big joke, I felt very mistreated.
