I was seen by Dr. Tomkins for over a two year period. This doctor saw me maybe 3 times, made an appointment for me every month to see his Nurse Practitioner. When I first started seeing him he had MRI's and x-rays done. Dr. claimed they were "INCONCLUSIVE" keep taking pain killers. Okay? After two years i told him things were not getting netter, in fact worse. Did he order or run more test? NO. Did he cut my pain medicine?YES And wanted me to take another medication for nerve pain. Not knowing if in fact it was nerve pain causing the problem. Would not order new test but would give drug test the last two months of me seeing him. Which were fine. I feel I was a co-pay and insurance payment for him. I went to a Neurologist and in two weeks had MRI done. Guess what? 4 herniated disc and a pinched nerve! Is that what INCONCLUSIVE means? Save your time and money. And stay away from this Doctor. When I called to tell him what the Neurologist found he dropped me, said I could keep going to him. Which I planned on doing anyway. That was the reason for my call, but had his Nurse speak for him, would not even get on the phone to speak to me. Still won't. He doesn't even have the intestinal fortitude to confront his patients.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Dr. Tomkins treats his patients with respect and dignity. He tried to understand each patient's condition, and their life, as he provides compassionate medical care.
