I learned about my back through Dr Rothman. As a result of injuries I was left with back pain. Used exercises from Dr Rothman, that helped immensely. Then got rear ended with totally affected my back. Had to go back to the exercises. Dr Rothman also gave me Adiditional exercises that hellp somewhat
