Dr. Hightower was my wife's primary care provider. She thought highly of him for her routine care. Unfortunately, when she became seriously ill,
all she got was return calls from an assistant who told her to keep taking a medicine that wasn't working. She wound up in the ER, where they prescribed a change in medication which cured her. She saw Dr. Hightower one more time and he had not even looked at her chart to see that she was forced to use the ER due to his neglect.
