They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their staff wasn't even remotely welcoming. The receptionist engaged in chit-chat with another lady for 15 minutes while I waited to check in and completely disregarded me. It seemed like they were annoyed to have to be helping anyone. She made a big fuss about having to verify that I was indeed married to my wife because the insurance is thru my wife's job and my wife doesn't use my last name (even though her name and mine are both on my health insurance ID card). She also insisted there would be a co-pay even though I had already met the deductible for the year. The office was easy enough to find. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative. Would most definitely not recommend this practice to anyone.
