They were friendly and made me feel at home. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
