I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. As a state-of-the-art facility, they offer some of the most advanced and sophisticated equipment I have ever seen. You are most certainly in good hands here.
