Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Plus the guy is seriously creepy
