Please be advised--Dr Asanza has closed his office per Dr. Ynaya's Staff that resides there still. Dr. Asanza will surely be missed and was a fantastic physician. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
