Visited this office three times, and have never seen a doctor. I suppose the actual physicians are too busy, so the peasants get to see "Doctor's Helpers", Nurse Practitioners. One of my visits was a well visit, so this wasn't a big deal. The other two appointments required a little medical attention, and that's just what I received...including the followup visit. Didn't stop in for 3 minutes, nothing. Maybe if you show up carrying your own limb you'll get a doctor's full attention? I sure did pay the doctor's rate though!

I probably passed 3 other General Practitioners on my 20 minute drive to this meat shop, so I'm definitely exploring other options. Front desk staff seems to be balanced between 'disinterested' and 'belligerent'. I had no problems, but I can easily see them getting nasty very quickly. Someone is always complaining behind that counter.

I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Medical=Great Clerical=horrible.
