The receptionist Maria was rude and aggressive in tone toward me for absolutely no reason. I was trying to make an appointment as a new patient and was put on hold for about 4 minutes. Then Maria picked up the phone and loudly said“ What seems to be the problem..." I asked her why does she believe there has to be a problem. She was still very rude and disgusting because it seemed like she was chewing food. This is so unprofessional. why did you rush to think that I had a problem, she didn’t even apologize. I told her im just trying to make a appointment to see the doctor. Then she said "I don't have any available appointments right now" and hung up on me. I heard great things about this doctor, too bad the staff is rude enough to not answer politely. I don’t understand how some people work in the medical field and treat patients like trash, because they hate their job. If you don’t like your job Maria, you should find one that you like.
I called my insurance and informed them that they aren't accepting new patients at the moment but they told me their records show that this doctor was accepting new patients and that i should try again. Two days later I called again to make a appointment was put on hold for over 14 mins and then Kaila told me that the doctor does not have anything available and that if i'm urgently in need of a doctor then i should go to the Urgent Care. This doctor needs to think about hiring new staff or else he will lose more patients.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
