They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
