Inappropriate and unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable with her lack of professionalism. Had dogs roaming around the office, dresses like she's cleaning out a garage...in bare feet no less. Was absolutely no help and offered no guidance or workable solutions. The lack of accessibility of that office is inexcusable in this day and age.

I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
