Met on Thursday February 28th. The staff here is somewhat friendly. Dr Edmunds was very nice, but I got the impression very overbooked. I waited approximately an hour to see her. Explained my situation. Gave them a cd of my Ct. She thought they could do a less evasive procedure. Told me she would consult another dr and call me back on Friday. It is now almost two weeks later and have never heard back from clinic. Called today and receptionist laughed and said OH, we'll I'm sorry.. Connected me to administrators voicemail.. Who is also gone until the 18th of March. Am waiting to see what I am being BILLED for a non productive, unanswered consultation with no follow up! Went back to original dr and had surgery and on my way to recovery! No recommendation here!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist recommend surgery too quickly?
Not at all, I was given several other options to try first
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
