They are so rude here and totally not friendly. I'm surprised they get any business. The waiting area chairs at this eye care facility were average. Not the most comfortable but not crappy either. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They answered most of my questions, but I could have used more information for sure. There's no way I'll ever be back to this provider. I had a co-worker warn me when she found out I was going there. The assistant was very rude and tried to argue with me, until I proved her wrong and told her I hate going there, because they have attitude. Shrek is one of the rudest doctors I've ever been to in my life. I'm sure he gets away with his nasty bed side manner, because most of his patients are old and won't say anything back. Plus he has that military attitude that he's better than you and has to talk down to you because of his military background. I can't stand people like that. I no longer live in North Platte, but definitely would warn anyone of going there. It may be ok the first visit or so, but you'll find out the hard way otherwise. I so wanted to report this guy for his rudeness.
