My sister sees Dr. Hay. He gives out meds without seeing her. She calls on the phone and gets almost any drug she wants. He does not check on her for the amounts he gives. She has overdosed several times and been rushed to the ER to which he never replies but continutes to give out more of the drugs. HYDROCODONE in large amounts. She is hooked on them and he knows it and yet continues to give out more each month. She now is telling him her meds have been stolen and needs more to which he gives. Instead of getting her off of this drugs he continues to give it to her knowing full well she is hooked. WHY? What kind of "REAL Doctor would do this?
