I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. The office was easy enough to find. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
