The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.My only complaint is that they don't follow up in regards to referral doctors. I have done blood work and a couple of tests that Dr. Sporleder recommended and I always have to call them to discuss the results

I will return. My call was answered quicly here. I got an appointment for the next day. I didn't wait long in the waiting room. The nurses were professional and the doctor was efficient. Parking was fine, maybe 100 steps from car to front desk. He did run a ton of blood tests (7 vials!) and was comprehensive in his questions about my family history and whether or not I was current on my maintainence exams (cholesterol, PAP, etc.). I wasn't current, hence the 7vials of blood. I left his office with two consults scheduled and a letter for collecting a stool sample. oh joy.
