They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
