Dr. Page is a graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Subsequently, he completed an internship at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, Michigan and a first year surgical residency at the University of Health Sciences in North Chicago, Illinois. He completed his graduate orthopedic residency training in 1989, at the University of Washington, Seattle.
Upon completion of his residency, he was stationed at Scott Air Force Base Medical Center and appointed chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery. At the onset of Desert Storm, he was appointed chairman of Orthopaedics at 1702 Contingency Hospital USMMCO Muscat, Oman. During Desert Shield I was attached to the 3rd Special Forces Unit for the ground invasion of Kuwait City.
