They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
