We are a private practice with a team of 17 Orthopedic doctors. Premier Care Orthopedics and Sports Medicine has three locations: Fenton, South County and Watson. We offer evening hours at our South County location on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm-7pm by appointment only. Our after hours appointment line is available M-F 6-9pm and Saturdays 9am-Noon - 314.913.4202.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I had both knees replaced 3 months apart and was back at work within 4 weeks each time. Everything was taken care of from pain management to home visits for physical therapy. Dr. Shroer is a great surgeon and I can't recommend him enough.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
