I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
