This visit/surgery was for my son on a finger he cut with a very sharp knife. Dr. Craig was the physician on-call the day my son went to the emergency room.

Dr. Craig's staff definitely could have been more polite. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I paid them $113.00, the balance they said would be owed on the very first visit. Imagine my surprise when, about two months later, I got a bill for the exact amount I had paid. I called and told them I had made a payment in that amount on the first visit with a debit card. They checked and told me to ignore the bill but never said "we are sorry." I am so glad I remembered I had paid them.
