There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
