doctor sutherland performed a "routine" hysterectomy on me (later found out it wasn't even necessary) and left an artery untied. i lost half of my blood and had to have a transfusion. the blood became infected, and dr. sutherland did nothing but watch me almost die for weeks. finally, another doctor came in and immediately opened me up and fixed the problem. dr. sutherland was a coward. he was afraid to do anything and i would have died if not for the other doctor. that was before blood was tested, and i contracted HepC which has been destroying my liver ever since. i was only 22 years old at the time, and the hysterectomy wasn't even necessary. if he is your doctor, run for your life.
