It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. My child absolutely loves Renner Anderson, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.
