Great dentist, Ive had problems with numbing before and she always makes sure im completely numb before she does any work, and shes no afraid to go back and numb me more. She always is in a good mood and Im always happy to see her. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
When I first went to Dr. Music's practice she noticed that a couple of my teeth needed fillings. She did the fillings on my 2 lower teeth my molar and the one next to it. So, after she put in the fillings. My mollar started hurting extremely bad. I went back to her to explain the pain and she had no clue what was the problem. She did not even check to see where the pain was comming from.. All she did was ask. Normally patients don't really know exactly where in the area of the mouth the pain is comming from. She didn't even double check any of the other teeth whatsoever when I told her that it seems to be my mollar but that I am not 100% sure. She ex-rayed it but Unfortunenly the one ex-ray machine that is easier to identify problems in the mouth(the one that rotates around your head when you stand up) she did not have. I did not like that fact that she did not have one of those machines. Anyway, she refered me to an endodontist(who was excellent). The endodontist located the problem in one of the teeth(the mollar) but not the other one, because she was not told to check that other tooth. She found a crack in my mollar which needed a rootcanal and a crown put on. So, i got the root canal and then got the crown at Dr. Music's office. After she put on the crown I still noticed after comming home that I got really bad pain after eatting anything. I went back not once but 3 times and everytime I went back to Dr. Music to tell her about the problem all she did was file down my crown thinking that it was a bite problem. I told her on the 3rd time that my bite was fine, but she blew me off. She also didn't check any other of my teeth surrounding the crowned mollar. (you would think that to be on the safe side you would check the surrounding teeth just to make sure.) And she also had the nerve to say that the one tooth that was right next to my mollar was fine. Well, I just got really pissed off at her and decided to get a 2nd opinion about my pain that I was getting. Sure enough the dentist at the wilson Martino identified the problem immediately. They took tons of ex-rays there and the stand up one and throughly checked everywhere in my mouth and located on the ex-ray and found that my tooth(the one next to my cracked mollar) was infected and needed a rootcanal and crown asap . That just freaks me out thinking that the other dentist(dr. Music) said that that tooth(the one next to my mollar)was fine.!!!! I recommend DO NOT GO TO DR. MUSIC... she does not seem to have very much experience at all. Go to wilson Martino dental they are excellent. This pain that I was getting lasted 8 months long!!!! uugh.
