They do not bill your insurance company for 3 months so they can start charging there Administrative fee. They didn't submit anything to my insurance until Jan 2015 when the work was done in Sept 2014. Each time I call when they sent me a bill was one excuse after the other.

Took me 3 times calling with the insurance information. Each call the person repeated the information I gave them but the next time I called they said they have still not received the information from me. They kept saying they could not submit to the dental until they received the denial from the health insurance but low and behold then they submit to dental company without the correct codes that they said they needed to submit to the dental company.

I call them again and they say they haven't received the denial.... but somehow they did submit to the dental company only took them 4 months to do all the while charging service fees for work they aren't even doing.

I would never recommend this office because customer service is a not in their vocabulary

If a provider doesn't want to do the paper work to an insurance company for months on end then it should not fine the clients.

As a consumer you expect more from a place that says they accept insurance but then drag their feet in putting paper work in just to jack up there cost of service

I am now working with the dental company and submitting the correct paper work that they should have as they still have not.

They should be a shamed

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
