I went to dr Ketcher in July of 2010 and his staff seemed very confused and disorganized. He made lower dentures for me that did not fit, and prescribed pain meds that did not work. Moreover, I could not get him or his staff to respond to my concerns hours after haveing teeth extracted, and to this date, they refuse to respond to my letters and those of my attorney. It appears to me that they are running a "fast food" type of dentist office in Shelton.
