Dr. Ingram and her staff were extremely rude to my son when he needed a filling. My son was very fearful of getting a shot, and they were not patient at all. They made their frustration clear which made him even more anxious. We left without having the work done, and the assistant told my son, "You can't have a treat from the treasure box today because we don't reward bad behavior, and your behavior was bad." This was said within earshot of Dr. Ingram who did nothing about it. My son didn't scream or do anything "bad." He was scared and reluctant to open. Truly unprofessional staff.
