Dr. Wu is wonderful! She has integrity and general concern for her patients. I've been to several dentists over the past few years (im 46 with 5 children, and have been to a few dentists:)) and all to often find they seem more concerned about payment 1st and the integrity of your dental health second. Dr. Wu is about providing good dental care first!

The staff and Dr are very caring. However, her office/billing person is not so friendly nor helpful. "You need to know your what is covered under your insurance," Mary (Office Manager/Billing. According to Medical Blling, this dentist does not obtain pre-authorizaion because there are hidden clauses. Further she does not discuss the cost of items prior to the procedure so you may determine the best course. Instead this dentist does the procedure, bills the insurance, then when they say "Missing Tooth Clause," I am stuck with the entire bill. This is totally unprofessional. I am not returning to this dentist because Mary is gruff and talks down to you. Go find a better dentist where the staff want your money for the service they provide.
