Education Dr. Howey graduated from the University of Washington, School of Dentistry, and received many honorary awards including the American College of Prosthodontics Achievement Award. Since graduation he has worked in several pediatric and general dentist offices in Eastern and Western Washington, as well as in his home town of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Training Doctor Howey practices in all areas of dentistry including esthetic and restorative dentistry, veneers and smile make overs, endodontics (root canals), implants, and oral surgery (tooth extractions, including wisdom teeth) and is certified in Invisalign. To stay abreast of the latest knowledge and methods, Dr. Howey attends several continuing education courses every year.
Affiliations Dr. Howey is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Washington State Dental Association (WSDA), and the Seattle King County Dental Society (SKCDS). program.


Dr. Burkholder has been a member of the American Dental Association since 1976; Washington State Dental Association since 1982; and Seattle King County Dental Society since 1982.

I love the staff. They are like my family.I have been going to them since I moved here and its been almost 10 years. They are gentle and respectful to kids and my kids love them. It's a trip to the park. I would absolutely recommend Klahanie Family Dentistry to everyone who lives close by.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
