I had 3 root canals done in her office over the past 8 years. My new dentist sent me to another endodontist, but I wanted to see her. Positive experience.

I had the misfortune of having a root canal done by this dentist and it was a nightmare. At first she said that I did NOT need a root canal and then she gave me a root canal and it was the worst and most painful experience of my life. She did not wait long enough for the medication to take effect and then it took her 2 1/2 hours to only take out HALF of the root and tell me to come back. She did not give me anything for a possible infection (which I got) and when I had to go back because I was in pain, she charged me for another office visit. She did the second part but did not file the tooth down which meant that I spent an entire weekend in pain because of the tooth and when I went back to have it filed, she charged me ANOTHER office visit. I am still in pain after 3 months and she is harrassing me about paying her an additional office visit. I paid her a total of over $1700.00 for the most pain I have ever had. Would NOT refer anyone or anything to her. She did not seem confident in what she was doing and did a BOTCHED job on my mouth.
