My beef is with the billing dept that is impossible to reach. The first time I had a question about billing I left messages for two weeks and my calls were not returned. Finally contacted the deans office and they helped me break through and talk to someone. Now again I am getting bills I do not owe and nobody will answer the phone or return calls. Not even an email address to contact them. I don't know why they advise leaving a voicemail if they ignore them and why nobody will ever answer the phone. Dental service is fine if you never have a problem and need to contact someone.
