I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

This is the worst dentist in my 40 years I have ever been to, rude office staff and office manager.
